Questions, corrections or a hot tub we've missed? We read every email and usually reply within two working days.
Email hello@withahottub.co.uk. To help us answer quickly, pick the subject that fits:
- Something on a listing is wrong or out of date. Report a change with the name of the stay and what’s changed.
- You own or run a stay with a hot tub. List your stay for free, or send us your photos for an existing listing.
- Partnerships, advertising or press. Email hello@withahottub.co.uk with “Partnership” or “Press” in the subject.
- Anything else. Email hello@withahottub.co.uk and tell us what you need.
Bookings
We don’t take bookings or payments ourselves. When you book through a link on the site, the booking is with Booking.com, another booking site or the property directly, so questions about an existing booking (changes, cancellations, refunds) need to go to them. Your booking confirmation email has their contact details.
