How to choose
Tell the owner it’s a hen party when you book. A booking that hides it can be cancelled on arrival, with the deposit kept.
Expect a bigger damage deposit and quiet hours, often from 11pm, and sometimes a rule on music outside.
Count tub seats against beds. A house for 14 usually has a tub for six to eight, so plan for turns.
