Check the view from the tub, not the cabin. Listings photograph the best angle; ask what the tub faces and whether neighbours can see it.
Electric or wood-fired? An electric tub is hot whenever you want it. A wood-fired tub is half the experience but needs tending.
Remote is lovely until you need milk. Many cabins are down farm lanes, so stock up on the way and check how far the nearest shop and pub are.
